At Bone Appetit Barkery, your dog’s happiness and safety are our top priority. Because we sell edible dog treats, we have specific return guidelines to ensure quality and safety for all pets.

1. Food & Treat Returns

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on opened dog treat products.

If your item is:

Damaged during shipping
Incorrect (you received the wrong item)
Defective or compromised in quality

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with:

Your order number
Photos of the product and packaging
A brief description of the issue

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund once reviewed.

2. Unopened Products

Unopened, unused dog treats in their original sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.

Returned items must be:

Unopened
In original packaging
In resellable condition

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund

We provide full ingredient lists for all products. We are not responsible for adverse reactions if ingredients are clearly listed. Please review ingredients carefully before purchasing.

If your dog experiences a reaction, stop feeding immediately and consult your veterinarian.
